Registration in the workshop is only confirmed when full payment has been received.
You may cancel your registration without incurring a cancellation fee up to 20 business days prior to the workshop. Cancellation at any time after this will incur a 50% cancellation fee. A cancellation fee of 100% will be incurred where you cannot or do not attend the workshop.
You may request to substitute a delegate up to 10 business days prior to the workshop. This will incur a fee of $250 per substitute.

However, when circumstances beyond our control prevail, we reserve the right to change the program content or facilitator. We also reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events if circumstances arise whereby performance of the event is no longer feasible, possible or legal.
