ou may cancel your registration without incurring a cancellation fee up to 20 business days prior to the workshop. Cancellation at any time after this will incur a 50% cancellation fee. A cancellation fee of 100% will be incurred where you cannot or do not attend the workshop.
You may request to substitute a delegate up to 10 business days prior to the workshop. This will incur a fee of $250 per substitute.
