Any successful business owner will tell you that the key to success is to surround yourself with amazing people. Despite what my business name suggests, there is more to Kim Vella Coaching than just me. Over the years, I have been fortunate to find and partner with a number of professionals who I consider to be masters in their domain.

Emma Prime who runs Prime Psychology in Canberra and has over 20 years of experience as a registered psychologist. Her skills are vital in supporting some of the tailored coaching programs I run in organisations that may be struggling with anything from capability development to toxic culture.

Dr. Ian Langford has a wealth of experience leading teams in complex and ambiguous environments, strategic planning, and major capital acquisitions – skills he gained across an illustrious 30-year career in the ADF.
